El Caminto Del Rey is a Spanish walkway that no one has bothered to take care of in a long time. And it looks it.
It runs along a narrow gorge and in some places, it doesn’t exactly run at all. There’s holes, no handrail and more danger than any polite person needs in a pleasant stroll. It looks like the sort of thing that will kill you and, if you die doing it, you probably deserved it.
Walking it can result in a hefty fine but, if the path won’t dissuade you, I doubt a fine will. “I might die but you’re charging how much?”
