I’ve been meaning to do it for over a year and I finally got started.
Those who have been to my place will know that there’s a blue room and an orange room. These are called the blue room and the orange room. I’m happy with the orange room but the blue room was a temporary arrangement. Like most of my temporary arrangements, it became permanent. I’ve started correcting that.
I moved the desk so I can sit beside the window. (I like to stare out of windows while I brood.) The new position also opens the room up. There’s still much to be done. I have to remove that awful trim, buy some actual curtains and paint the walls a color that bears looking at but, at least, I’ve finally started. It should be complete within five years.
