Iran Bans Bad Haircuts

When you’re right, you’re right. And Iran is right.

They’re banning certain haircuts as being Un-Islamic. (It’s a little know fact about God, he doesn’t like anyone having better hair than him. And if you show up in the same suit, well just watch the fuck out. People get smote over that sort of thing.) While I’m sympathetic to this reasoning, what really sells me on the whole idea is what they’ve chosen to ban.

Shoulder length, spiky or heavily gelled hair is now illegal. It always should have been. From what I hear the Iranians are just starting to get eighties rock. We already know what that led to. Their guv is just trying to stop their kids from making the same mistakes.

And I don’t get why everyone in the West gets so up in arms about the head-scarves. They say it’s sexist. Maybe it is. But I just don’t see it. Women in the west wear shirts. There’s nothing innately dirty or offensive about breasts. It just seems like one of those arbitrary cultural differences. Both equally repressive but, you know, just one of those things.

Seeing a girl’s hair for the first time must be a turn on. I just wonder if the top of the head will ever become so mysterious and important that Muslim women start getting scalp implants. Perhaps they’ll eventually have to wear a top-hat type thing to hide their massive, porpoise-like heads. “Look at all the hair I have and you can’t see any of it until you buy me dinner.” Our women are all getting these enormous fake tits, I think the Muslim women should get enormous fake heads. It just seems fair.
