There’ll be a new cop on the beat in Hong Kong. A bright eyed rookie yet to learn the ways of the street, a brash, thrill seeker who will rush headlong into danger and have to reigned in by his uptight bosses who don’t approve of his tight jeans and can-do attitude. There will also be Robot Cop. He’ll be teaching crime awareness at schools.
He’s the third generation of police bots and the first made in Hong Kong. Their police force got sick of sending previous incarnations back to the US for maintenance. And this guy can do all of the things you need a good cop to do; it is “capable of moving its arms, tilting its head, walking, dancing, moving in any direction and detecting obstacles.” He even has a cool pair of shades and a fascist looking hat. That’ll get those 4-11 year olds on the right track.
Listen up kids – Break the law, be crushed by dancing machines. It’s that simple.

it’s a good thing he can dance … because dancing prevents crime.
… and that’s half the battle.

Sometimes dancing is a crime. Like in Footloose.
