Brigadier the police horse was hit by a van this evening. After being tossed through the air and sustaining serious injuries, he was shot in the head.
The driver who hit him took off and is yet to be found. He abandoned his van.
The police officer was injured but is said to be doing fine. Everyone who saw it was pretty upset.

It iss upsetting. having said that, I would like to see a horse flipping through the air. if there was a way that it wouldn’t hurt the horse, of course, of course.
